What an elegant dress this is. It’s very unique and no matter how often you make it, you can change it around and play with colors and make it into a totally different dress and look. My daughters love it and so does mommy. The directions are very well written and very clear. With this pattern you can make this beautiful dress, a simpler version of this dress and a beautiful skirt. Such a great pattern and one of my go to when I need something different. I would recommend it to anyone wanting something different and gorgeous.

Loved this pattern! Well written tutorial, so easy to follow! This dress was a labor of love with all the layers, but turned out beautiful!

My daughter is very happy with her dress! It is beautiful and interesting, and grown-up enough for a 12 year old. I made it for her elementary farewell party. The instructions were clear and thorough. I did find it nearly impossible to gather when the fabric was multi-layered…thread kept breaking. I finally gathered using heavy upholstery thread and removed it once I sewed the skirt pieces to the lining. This pattern is worth the investment. Hoping to make a smaller version for my little niece now.
