I have not been feeling well the last few weeks & lets just say there were lots of homemade chocolate chip cookies in my diet! And just because I know people can’t help but asking, NO I am not pregnant! Lol, anyways I guess this just shows I have gotten my eating right down…. I haven’t actually counted WW points or calories in months & have still been maintaining & losing weight, even on bad weeks.
Anyways today I got on the scale to see what damage I had done & it said 125.0!!! That was my first ‘why the heck not’ weight loss goal!!!! I actually made it :). A few months ago I did decide to change my goal by a few lbs though… I thought it would nice to aim for a nice even 40lbs lost… so I only got 2 more to go!!! I just had to share 🙂
